## Sec. 13 **[**422k–1**]** A loan contract negotiated and executed pursuant to this Act may be amended or supplemented for the purpose of deferring repayment installments in accordance with the provisions of section 17(b) of the Reclamation Project Act of 1939, as amended (73 Stat. 584, 43 U.S.C. 485b–1).
