## SEC. 106 RECRUITING MATERIALS ###
(a)In General Subtitle A (33 U.S.C. 3001 et seq.), as amended by section 105(a), is further amended by adding at the end the following: > > ## “SEC. 219 USE OF RECRUITING MATERIALS FOR PUBLIC RELATIONS > > **[**[33 U.S.C. 3009](/us/usc/t33/s3009)**]** > > “The Secretary may use for public relations purposes of the Department of Commerce any advertising materials developed for use for recruitment and retention of personnel for the commissioned officer corps of the Administration. Any such use shall be under such conditions and subject to such restrictions as the Secretary shall prescribe. ” > . ###
(b)Clerical Amendment The table of contents in section 1 of the Act entitled “An Act to reauthorize the Hydrographic Services Improvement Act of 1998, and for other purposes” (Public Law 107-372), as amended by section 105(b), is further amended by inserting after the item relating to section 218 the following: " “Sec. 219. Use of recruiting materials for public relations.” ".
