## SEC. 136 EXPANSION OF DERELICT VESSEL RECYCLING Not later than 1 year after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Under Secretary and the EPA Administrator shall jointly conduct a study to determine the feasibility of developing a nationwide derelict vessel recycling program— ####

(1)using as a model the fiberglass boat recycling program from the pilot project in Rhode Island led by Rhode Island Sea Grant and its partners; and ####

(2)including, if possible, recycling of vessels made from materials other than fiberglass.
