## SEC. 211 NONAPPLICABILITY OF FEDERAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE ACT **[**[16 U.S.C. 8211](/us/usc/t16/s8211)**]** Chapter 10 of title 5, United States Code (commonly known as the “Federal Advisory Committee Act”), shall not apply to— ####
