## SEC. 153 ###
(a)Funds made available in Public Law 113-76 under the heading “Rehabilitation Services and Disability Research” that were available for obligation through fiscal year 2015 for the Automated Personalization Computing Project pursuant to the first four provisos under that heading in that Act are to remain available through fiscal year 2021 for the liquidation of valid obligations incurred in fiscal years 2014 or 2015. ###
(b)####
(1)This section shall become effective immediately upon enactment of this Act. ####
(2)If this Act is enacted after September 30, 2020, this section shall be applied as if it were in effect on September 30, 2020.
