## SEC. 150 ###
(a)The remaining unobligated balances of funds as of September 30, 2020, from amounts credited and merged pursuant to the second proviso under the heading “Department of Health and Human Services—Centers for Disease Control and Prevention—Buildings and Facilities” in title II of the Departments of Labor, Health and Human Services, Education, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2016 (division H of Public Law 114-113) are hereby rescinded, and, in addition to amounts otherwise provided by section 101, an amount of additional new budget authority equivalent to the amount rescinded pursuant to this subsection is hereby appropriated on September 30, 2020, for an additional amount for fiscal year 2020, to remain available until September 30, 2025, and shall be available for the same purposes, in addition to other funds as may be available for such purposes, and under the same authorities for which the funds were originally transferred and merged pursuant to Public Law 114-113. ###
(b)####
(1)This section shall become effective immediately upon enactment of this Act. ####
(2)If this Act is enacted after September 30, 2020, this section shall be applied as if it were in effect on September 30, 2020.
