## SEC. 128 ###
(a)Section 104(c) of the Reclamation States Emergency Drought Relief Act of 1991 (43 U.S.C. 2214(c)) shall be applied by substituting the date specified in section 106(3) of this Act for “September 30, 2020”. ###
(b)Section 301 of the Reclamation States Emergency Drought Relief Act of 1991 (43 U.S.C. 2241) shall be applied by substituting “2006 through 2021” for “2006 through 2020”.
