## SEC. 1204 FURTHER ADDITIONAL TRANSFERS TO HIGHWAY TRUST FUND **[**[26 U.S.C. 9503](/us/usc/t26/s9503)**]** Subsection

(f)of section 9503 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended by redesignating paragraph

(10)as paragraph

(11)and by inserting after paragraph

(9)the following new paragraph: > > #### “(10) Further transfers to trust fund > > Out of money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, there is hereby appropriated— > > > ##### “(A) > > $10,400,000,000 to the Highway Account (as defined in subsection (e)(5)(B)) in the Highway Trust Fund; and > > > ##### “(B) > > $3,200,000,000 to the Mass Transit Account in the Highway Trust Fund. ” > .
