## SEC. 1106 PROHIBITION ON USE OF FUNDS None of the funds authorized in this division or any other Act may be used to adjust apportionments for the Mass Transit Account of the Highway Trust Fund or withhold funds from apportionments for the Mass Transit Account of the Highway Trust Fund pursuant to section 9503(e)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 in fiscal year 2021.
