## SEC. 923 REPORT ON RESOURCES TO IMPLEMENT THE CIVILIAN CASUALTY POLICY OF THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE Not later than 30 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to the congressional defense committees a report, in unclassified form, on the resources necessary over the period of the future-years defense plan for fiscal year 2020 under section 221 of title 10, United States Code, to fulfill the requirements of section 936 of the John S.
McCain National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019 (Public Law 115-232; 132 Stat. 1939; 10 U.S.C. 134 note) and fully implement policies developed as a result of such section. ## Subtitle D United States Space Force
