## SEC. 882 FUNDING FOR DEFENSE RESEARCH ACTIVITIES OF SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS Not later than March 1, 2020, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to the congressional defense committees a report on funds or other assistance made available to small business concerns (as defined under section 3 of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 632)) as prime contractors for research, development, test, and evaluation activities, in each of fiscal years 2017, 2018, and 2019 under any— ####
(1)research, development, test, and evaluation programs of the Department of Defense; ####
(2)Small Business Innovation Research programs of the Department of Defense; ####
(3)Small Business Technology Transfer programs of the Department of Defense; and ####
(4)other relevant activities of the Department of Defense.
