## SEC. 856 APPLICATION OF LIMITATION ON PROCUREMENT OF GOODS OTHER THAN UNITED STATES GOODS TO THE FFG-FRIGATE PROGRAM Notwithstanding any other provision of law, amounts authorized to carry out the FFG-Frigate Program may be used to award a new contract that provides for the acquisition of the following components regardless of whether those components are manufactured in the United States: ####
(1)Auxiliary equipment (including pumps) for shipboard services. ####
(2)Propulsion equipment (including engines, reduction gears, and propellers). ####
(3)Shipboard cranes. ####
(4)Spreaders for shipboard cranes.
