## SEC. 841 LIMITATION ON AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS FOR THE OFFICE OF THE CHIEF MANAGEMENT OFFICER OF THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE Of the funds authorized to be appropriated or otherwise made available for fiscal year 2020 for the Department of Defense, not more than 75 percent may be obligated or expended for the Office of the Chief Management Officer until the date on which the Chief Management Officer submits to the congressional defense committees— ####
(1)the certification of cost savings described in subparagraph
(A)of section 921(b)(5) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019 (Public Law 115-232; 10 U.S.C. 2222 note); or ####
(2)the notice and justification described in subparagraph
