## SEC. 825 PILOT PROGRAM TO ACCELERATE CONTRACTING AND PRICING PROCESSES Section 890 of the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019 (Public Law 115-232; 132 Stat. 1919; 10 U.S.C. 2306a note) is amended— ####

(1)by striking subsection (b); ####

(2)by redesignating subsections

(c)and

(d)as subsections

(b)and (c), respectively; ####

(3)in subsection (b), as redesignated by paragraph (2), by striking “and an assessment of whether the program should be continued or expanded”; and ####

(4)in subsection (c), as so redesignated, by striking “January 2, 2021” and inserting “January 2, 2023”.
