## SEC. 821 MODIFICATION TO ACQUISITION AUTHORITY OF THE COMMANDER OF THE UNITED STATES CYBER COMMAND Section 807 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 201611 (Public Law 114-92; 10 U.S.C. 2224 note) is amended by inserting “on new contract efforts” after “may not obligate or expend more than $75,000,000”. 11Section 1081(c)(3) of Public Law 116–283 attempts to amend section 821 by inserting “Carl Levin and Howard P. ‘Buck’ McKeon” before “National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2015”. The amendment was not carried out because the phrase to insert the new phrase does not appear in law.
