## SEC. 810 REPEAL OF THE DEFENSE COST ACCOUNTING STANDARDS BOARD ###

(a)Repeal Section 190 of title 10, United States Code, is repealed. ###

(b)Clerical Amendment **[**[10 U.S.C. 171](/us/usc/t10/s171)**]** The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 7 of such titleis amended by striking the item relating to section 190. ## Subtitle B Amendments to General Contracting Authorities, Procedures, and Limitations
