## SEC. 722 MODIFICATION TO REFERRALS FOR MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES **[**[10 U.S.C. 1071 note](/us/usc/t10/s1071)**]** If the Secretary of Defense is unable to provide mental health services in a military medical treatment facility to a member of the Armed Forces within 15 days of the date on which such services are first requested by the member, the Secretary may refer the member to a provider under the TRICARE program (as that term is defined in section 1072 of title 10, United States Code) to receive such services. ## Subtitle C Reports and Other Matters
