## SEC. 713 REQUIREMENTS FOR CERTAIN PRESCRIPTION DRUG LABELS ###
(a)Requirement Section 1074g of title 10, United States Code, is amended— ####
(1)by redesignating subsections
(h)and
(i)as subsections
(i)and (j), respectively; and ####
(2)by inserting after subsection
(g)the following new subsection (h): > > ### “(h) Labeling > > The Secretary of Defense shall ensure that drugs made available through the facilities of the armed forces under the jurisdiction of the Secretary include labels and other labeling that are in compliance with the requirements of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C. 301 et seq.).” > . ###
(b)Conforming Amendment Subsection (b)(1) of such section is amended by striking “under subsection (h)” and inserting “under subsection (j)”. ###
(c)Implementation **[**[10 U.S.C. 1074g note](/us/usc/t10/s1074g)**]** Beginning not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense shall implement subsection
(h)of section 1074g of title 10, United States Code, as added by subsection (a).
