## SEC. 6432 NOTICE NOT REQUIRED FOR PRIVATE ENTITIES Section 3553 of title 44, United States Code, is amended— ####

(1)by redesignating subsection

(j)as subsection (k); and ####

(2)by inserting after subsection

(i)the following: > > ### “(j) Rule of Construction > > Nothing in this section shall be construed to require the Secretary to provide notice to any private entity before the Secretary issues a binding operational directive under subsection (b)(2).” > .
