## SEC. 577 MODIFICATION TO AUTHORITY TO REIMBURSE FOR STATE LICENSURE AND CERTIFICATION COSTS OF A SPOUSE OF A SERVICEMEMBER ARISING FROM RELOCATION Section 476(p) of title 37, United States Code, is amended— ####
(1)in paragraph (1), by striking “armed forces” and inserting “uniformed services”; ####
(2)in paragraph (2), by striking “$500” and inserting “$1,000”; ####
(3)in paragraph (3)— #####
(A)in subparagraph (A), by striking “and”; #####
(B)in subparagraph (B), by striking the period and inserting “; and”; and #####
(C)by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: > > ##### “(C) > > an analysis of whether the maximum reimbursement amount under paragraph
(2)is sufficient to cover the average costs of relicensing described in paragraph (1).” > ; and ####
(4)in paragraph (4), by striking “December 31, 2022” and inserting “December 31, 2024”.
