## SEC. 559 REQUIREMENT TO CONTINUE PROVISION OF TUITION ASSISTANCE FOR MEMBERS OF THE ARMED FORCES The Secretary of each military department shall carry out tuition assistance programs for members of an Armed Force under the jurisdiction of that Secretary during fiscal year 2020 using an amount not less than the sum of any amounts appropriated for tuition assistance for members of that Armed Force for fiscal year 2020.
