## SEC. 540E RECOMMENDATIONS ON SEPARATE PUNITIVE ARTICLE IN THE UNIFORM CODE OF MILITARY JUSTICE ON SEXUAL HARASSMENT Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to the Committees on Armed Services of the Senate and the House of Representatives a report containing such recommendations as the Secretary considers appropriate with respect to the establishment of a separate punitive article in chapter 47 of title 10, United States Code (the Uniform Code of Military Justice), on sexual harassment.
