## SEC. 520C SENSE OF CONGRESS ON INCREASE IN NUMBER OF JUNIOR RESERVE OFFICERS’ TRAINING CORPS UNITS It is the sense of Congress that the Junior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps was supported in the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019 (Public Law 115-232) and should be increased in fiscal year 2020 to include not fewer than 3,700 units nationwide. ## Subtitle C General Service Authorities and Correction of Military Records
