## SEC. 333 PLAN TO PHASE OUT USE OF BURN PITS Not later than one year after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to the congressional defense committees a plan to phase out the use of the burn pits identified in the Department of Defense Open Burn Pit Report to Congress dated April 2019.
