## SEC. 266 TECHNICAL CORRECTION TO GLOBAL RESEARCH WATCH PROGRAM Section 2365 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— ####
(1)in subsections
(a)and (d)(2), by striking “Assistant Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering” both places it appears and inserting “Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering”; ####
(2)in subsections (d)(3) and (e), by striking “Assistant Secretary” both places it appears and inserting “Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering”; and ####
