## SEC. 238 SENSE OF CONGRESS ON FUTURE VERTICAL LIFT TECHNOLOGIES It is the sense of Congress that the Army should continue to invest in research, development, test, and evaluation programs to mature future vertical lift technologies, including programs to improve pilot situational awareness, increase flight operations safety, and reduce operation and maintenance costs.
