## SEC. 2201 AUTHORIZED NAVY CONSTRUCTION AND LAND ACQUISITION PROJECTS ###

(c)Report Required as Condition of Authorization ####
(1)Report At the same time that the budget of the President is submitted to Congress under section 1105(a) of title 31, United States Code, for fiscal year 2021, the Secretary of the Navy shall submit to the congressional defense committees a report describing, for each project authorized in the first item in the table in subsection
(b)for Darwin that is required to support the full complement of the Marine Rotational Force-Darwin— #####
(A)the required infrastructure investments for the project; #####
(B)the source of funding, including funds provided by the Government of Australia, for the project; and #####
(C)the proposed year for implementation of the project. ####
(2)Condition The Secretary of the Navy may not commence a project authorized in the first item in the table in subsection
(b)for Darwin until the report under paragraph
(1)has been submitted.
