## SEC. 1743 AVIATION WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT ###
(a)In General **[**[49 U.S.C. 40101 note](/us/usc/t49/s40101)**]** Section 625(c)(1) of the FAA Reauthorization Act of 2018 (Public Law 115-254)is amended— ####
(1)in subparagraph (C), by striking “or” after the semicolon; ####
(2)in subparagraph (D), by striking the period and inserting “; or”; and ####
(3)by adding at the end the following: > > ##### “(E) > > an organization representing aircraft users, aircraft owners, or aircraft pilots.” > . ###
(b)Effective Date **[**[49 U.S.C. 40101 note](/us/usc/t49/s40101)**]** The amendments made by subsection
(a)shall take effect as if included in the enactment of the FAA Reauthorization Act of 2018 (Public Law 115-254).
