## SEC. 1710 INCLUSION OF CERTAIN INDIVIDUALS INVESTIGATED BY INSPECTORS GENERAL IN THE SEMIANNUAL REPORT Section 5(a)(19) of the Inspector General Act of 1978 (Public Law 95-452; 5 U.S.C. App.) is amended by inserting “the name of the senior government official (as defined by the department or agency) if already made public by the Office, and” after “including”.
