## SEC. 1684 MODIFICATIONS TO REQUIRED TESTING BY MISSILE DEFENSE AGENCY OF GROUND-BASED MIDCOURSE DEFENSE ELEMENT OF BALLISTIC MISSILE DEFENSE SYSTEM Section 1689(b) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017 (Public Law 114-328; 130 Stat. 2631; 10 U.S.C. 2431 note) is amended— ####
(1)in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking “, when possible,”; and ####
(2)in paragraph (3), by inserting “, including the use of threat-representative countermeasures” before the period.
