## SEC. 1643 LIMITATION OF FUNDING FOR CONSOLIDATED AFLOAT NETWORKS AND ENTERPRISE SERVICES Of the funds authorized to be appropriated by this Act for fiscal year 2020 for the Consolidated Afloat Networks and Enterprise Services, not more than 85 percent of such funds may be obligated or expended until the Secretary of the Navy and the Chief Information Officer of the Department of Defense independently certify to the congressional defense committees, the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence of the House of Representatives, and the Select Committee on Intelligence of the Senate that recommendations in the Audit of Consolidated Afloat Networks and Enterprise Services Security Safeguards (DODIG-2019-072) have been implemented.
