## SEC. 144 PROHIBITION ON AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS FOR REDUCTION IN KC-10 PRIMARY MISSION AIRCRAFT INVENTORY None of the funds authorized to be appropriated by this Act or otherwise made available for fiscal year 2020 for the Air Force may be obligated or expended to reduce the number of KC-10 aircraft in the primary mission aircraft inventory of the Air Force.
