(a)Civil Service Retirement System Section 8344(l)(7) of title 5, United States Code, is amended by striking “December 31, 2019” and inserting “December 31, 2024”. ###
(b)Federal Employees Retirement System Section 8468(i)(7) of title 5, United States Code, is amended by striking “December 31, 2019” and inserting “December 31, 2024”. ## Subtitle B Fair Chance Act
