## SEC. 1058 LIMITATION ON USE OF FUNDS FOR THE INACTIVATION OF ARMY WATERCRAFT UNITS None of the funds authorized to be appropriated by this Act or otherwise made available for fiscal year 2020 may be obligated or expended for the inactivation of any Army watercraft unit until the Secretary of Defense submits to Congress certification that— ####
(1)the Secretary has completed the Army Watercraft Requirements Review; and ####
(2)the Secretary has entered into a contract with a federally funded research and development corporation for the review of the ability of the Army to meet the watercraft requirements of the combatant commanders and the effects on preparedness to provide support to States and territories in connection with natural disasters, threats, and emergencies. # TITLE XI CIVILIAN PERSONNEL MATTERS ## Subtitle A General Provisions
