## SEC. 1053 TECHNICAL CORRECTION AND EXTENSION OF REPORTING REQUIREMENT REGARDING ENHANCEMENT OF INFORMATION SHARING AND COORDINATION OF MILITARY TRAINING BETWEEN DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY AND DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE Section 1014 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017 (Public Law 114-328) is amended— ####
(1)**[**[10 U.S.C. 271 note](/us/usc/t10/s271)**]** by striking “section 371 of title 10, United States Code” each place it appears and inserting “section 271 of title 10, United States Code”; and ####
(2)in subsection (d)(3) by striking “January 31, 2020” and inserting “December 31, 2022”.
