## SEC. 1038 USE OF COMPETITIVE PROCEDURES FOR CVN-80 AND CVN-81 DUAL AIRCRAFT CARRIER CONTRACT To the extent practicable and unless otherwise required by law, the Secretary of the Navy shall ensure that competitive procedures are used with respect to any task order or delivery order issued under a dual aircraft carrier contract relating to the CVN-80 and CVN-81.
