## SEC. 1033 TRANSPORTATION BY SEA OF SUPPLIES FOR THE ARMED FORCES AND DEFENSE AGENCIES Section 2631 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— ####
(1)in the first sentence of subsection (a), by inserting “or for a Defense Agency” after “Marine Corps”; and ####
(2)in subsection (b)— #####
(A)by redesignating paragraphs
(2)and
(3)as paragraphs
(3)and (4), respectively; #####
(B)by inserting after paragraph
(1)the following new paragraph (2): > > #### “(2) > > Before entering into a contract for the transportation by sea of fuel products under this section, the Secretary shall provide a minimum variance of three days on the shipment date.” > ; and #####
(C)in paragraph (4), as redesignated by subparagraph (A), by striking “the requirement described in paragraph (1)” and insert “a requirement under paragraph
(1)or (2)”.
