## SEC. 3856 TECHNICAL CORRECTIONS ###
(a)Imports and Exports Section 801(e)(4)(E)(iii) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C. 381(e)(4)(E)(iii)) is amended by striking “subparagraph” each place such term appears and inserting “paragraph”. ###
(b)FDA Reauthorization Act of 2017 ####
(1)In general **[**[21 U.S.C. 379j-52](/us/usc/t21/s379j-52)**]** Section 905(b)(4) of the FDA Reauthorization Act of 2017 (Public Law 115-52)is amended by striking “Section 744H(e)(2)(B)” and inserting “Section 744H(f)(2)(B)”. ####
(2)Effective date **[**[21 U.S.C. 379j-52 note](/us/usc/t21/s379j-52)**]** The amendment made by paragraph
