## SEC. 3811 EXTENSION OF THE MONEY FOLLOWS THE PERSON REBALANCING DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM Section 6071(h) of the Deficit Reduction Act of 2005 (42 U.S.C. 1396a note) is amended— ####
(1)in paragraph (1), by striking subparagraph
(G)and inserting the following: > > ##### “(G) > > subject to paragraph (3), $337,500,000 for the period beginning on January 1, 2020, and ending on September 30, 2020; and > > > ##### “(H) > > subject to paragraph (3), for the period beginning on October 1, 2020, and ending on November 30, 2020, the amount equal to the pro rata portion of the amount appropriated for such period for fiscal year 2020.” > ; and ####
(2)in paragraph (3), by striking “and (G)” and inserting “, (G), and (H)”.
