## SEC. 3213 RURAL HEALTH CARE SERVICES OUTREACH, RURAL HEALTH NETWORK DEVELOPMENT, AND SMALL HEALTH CARE PROVIDER QUALITY IMPROVEMENT GRANT PROGRAMS Section 330A of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 254c) is amended— ####
(1)in subsection (d)(2)— #####
(A)in subparagraph (A), by striking “essential” and inserting “basic”; and #####
(B)in subparagraph (B)— ######
