## SEC. 13003 ###
(a)**[**[10 U.S.C. 2208 note](/us/usc/t10/s2208)**]** Notwithstanding section 2208(l)(3) of title 10, United States Code, during fiscal year 2020, the total amount of the advance billings rendered or imposed for all working-capital funds of the Department of Defense may exceed the amount otherwise specified in such section. ###
(b)In this section, the term “advance billing” has the meaning given that term in section 2208(l)(4) of title 10, United States Code.
