## Sec. 704 protection of government employees Section 1114, title 18, United State Code, is hereby amended by adding the words “or of the Department of the Interior” after the words “Department of Labor” contained in that section. Any person who shall, except as permitted by law, willfully resist, prevent, impede, or interfere with the Secretary or any of his agents in the performance of duties pursuant to this Act shall be punished by a fine of not more than $5,000 or by imprisonment for not more than one year, or both. **[**[30 U.S.C. 1294](/us/usc/t30/s1294)**]**
