## Sec. 412 fund report Not later than January 1, 1978, and annually thereafter, the Secretary or the State pursuant to an approved State program, shall report to the Congress on operations under the fund together with his recommendations as to future uses of the fund. **[**[30 U.S.C. 1241](/us/usc/t30/s1241)**]**
