## SEC. 2 PURPOSE **[**[19 U.S.C. 4501](/us/usc/t19/s4501)**]** The purpose of this Act is to approve and implement the Agreement between the United States of America, the United Mexican States, and Canada entered into under the authority of section 103(b) of the Bipartisan Congressional Trade Priorities and Accountability Act of 2015 (19 U.S.C. 4202(b)).
