(1)in subsection (a)— #####
(A)in paragraph (1)— ######
(i)by striking “subsection (b)” and inserting “paragraph (3)”; and ######
(ii)by striking “and” at the end; #####
(B)in paragraph (2), by striking the period and inserting “; and”; and #####
(C)by adding at the end the following: > > #### “(3) > > the Sergeant at Arms of the Senate may enter into a memorandum of understanding described in paragraph
(1)consistent with the Senate Procurement Regulations.” > ; and ####
(2)by striking subsection
