## SEC. 134 OIL SPILL LIABILITY TRUST FUND RATE ###

(a)In General **[**[26 U.S.C. 4611](/us/usc/t26/s4611)**]** Section 4611(f)(2)is amended by striking “December 31, 2018” and inserting “December 31, 2020”. ###

(b)Effective Date **[**[26 U.S.C. 4611 note](/us/usc/t26/s4611)**]** The amendment made by this section shall apply on and after the first day of the first calendar month beginning after the date of the enactment of this Act. ## Subtitle D Certain Provisions Expiring at the End of 2019
