## SEC. 8069 (including transfer of funds) Of the amounts appropriated for “Operation and Maintenance, Navy”, up to $1,000,000 shall be available for transfer to the John C. Stennis Center for Public Service Development Trust Fund established under section 116 of the John C. Stennis Center for Public Service Training and Development Act (2 U.S.C. 1105).
