## SEC. 8057 (including transfer of funds) Of the funds appropriated in this Act under the heading “Operation and Maintenance, Defense-Wide”, $35,000,000 shall be for continued implementation and expansion of the Sexual Assault Special Victims’ Counsel Program: * Provided*, That the funds are made available for transfer to the Department of the Army, the Department of the Navy, and the Department of the Air Force: * Provided further*, That funds transferred shall be merged with and available for the same purposes and for the same time period as the appropriations to which the funds are transferred: * Provided further*, That this transfer authority is in addition to any other transfer authority provided in this Act.
