## SEC. 219 **[**[28 U.S.C. 1930 note](/us/usc/t28/s1930)**]** Section 1930(a)(6)(B) of title 28, United States Code, shall be applied for this fiscal year and next fiscal year by substituting “$300,000,000” for “$200,000,000”. * * * * * * * # TITLE III SCIENCE ## Office of Science and Technology Policy For necessary expenses of the Office of Science and Technology Policy, in carrying out the purposes of the National Science and Technology Policy, Organization, and Priorities Act of 1976 (42 U.S.C. 6601 et seq.), hire of passenger motor vehicles, and services as authorized by section 3109 of title 5, United States Code, not to exceed $2,250 for official reception and representation expenses, and rental of conference rooms in the District of Columbia, $5,544,000. * * * * * * * # TITLE IV RELATED AGENCIES ## Commission on Civil Rights ### salaries and expenses For necessary expenses of the Commission on Civil Rights, including hire of passenger motor vehicles, $10,500,000: * Provided*, That none of the funds appropriated in this paragraph may be used to employ any individuals under Schedule C of subpart C of part 213 of title 5 of the Code of Federal Regulations exclusive of one special assistant for each Commissioner: * Provided further*, That none of the funds appropriated in this paragraph shall be used to reimburse Commissioners for more than 75 billable days, with the exception of the chairperson, who is permitted 125 billable days: * Provided further*, That the Chair may accept and use any gift or donation to carry out the work of the Commission: * Provided further*, That none of the funds appropriated in this paragraph shall be used for any activity or expense that is not explicitly authorized by section 3 of the Civil Rights Commission Act of 1983 (42 U.S.C. 1975a). * * * * * * * # TITLE V GENERAL PROVISIONS (including rescissions) (including transfer of funds)
