## Sec. 302 reports The Secretary shall submit to the Congress an annual report on the implementation of this Act. The information to be included in the report and the format of the report shall be developed by the Secretary after consulting with the Committees on Natural Resources of the House of Representatives and on Energy and Natural Resources of the Senate.
